The Book Caravan emerges as Gabay Kalinga's strategic response to these challenges.

This program transcends traditional mobile library services. It transforms storytelling into an experiential learning tool, creating dynamic educational spaces where children develop self-expression and creativity through literature. This also strategically complements the Department of Education's "Pabasa Program", which strengthens the foundation of literacy education in the region.
